Which Street Fighter Title had the best music

Back in the day, I used to hum ken's theme from SF II all the time. That song will go down in history as one of the greatest video game themes for a fighter of all time. I even learned how to play that theme on guitar & so have many others ( see youtube... ) So for that theme alone I have to vote for Streetfighter II
