http://kamekaze.clubsyn-x-treme.net/Fukumen Senshi is obviously Genkai with a mask, but she is hiding her face and her power. So she has about 1 1/2 gauges of spirit energy. Her attack is a little higher and her spirit energy attacks are a little lower.
Her spirit pulse is somewhat similar to Genkai's(because she IS genkai). However she gets a new DM in this mode called "Fist of Mastery":
Fukumen pounds the ground in a "Raging Storm" type manner this can do damage to the opponent if it connects. She dashes at the opponent after a few seconds or after you release y. She then purifies the opponent with three strikes as the finishing blow. The screenshots give a better description of this attack.
