i need help on using intros

I need help for using intros for characters and ending for example 've just tried rugal2's ending for evil ken with reu's evil ken and then it didn't work

In the def file add the char ending def file here:
[Arcade]
ending.storyboard =abobo_ending.def

In the def file add the char intro def file here:
[Arcade]
intro.storyboard=ken_intro.def

Make sure you have the intro/ending.sff file and you have added both the intro/ending.def and the intro/ending.sff files to your char file.
Music isn't needed to play the intro/ending. Hope that helps.
