What was updated?
- Borderlines added to the lifegauges, I know I know, too much FX now.
- Numbers centered on the powerbars, I hote that doesn't complicate gameplay

- Original announcer's volume increased.
- Changed animaitons for round start and round finished situations, now they use a max of 3 colours (2 actually if you don't count the transparent one).
- Added MUGEN mouse support hack.
- Readme totally revamped.
- Added extra comments on the .def file.
- Hyper ZOMG effects on some animations, fluid as hell, like 4 frame stuff.
- Changed the way the animations works.
