I think he needs a MUGEN-ization, full with ending, intro, stage(hopefully), and an MvC/MvDC style portrait. I have some sprite progress that I'll post once it's animated.

Moves:
Obviously, wk kick and punch along with med kick and punch
Strong Punch-Dessert Eagle
Strong Kick- Knife
Shotgun Blast
Uzi Flurry
M16 Swarm
Grenade Throw (Frag)
Molotov Toss
Coffee Toss (blinds the enemy)
Lil Jacob (Shoot)
Brucie (Punch)
Uzi Flurry up
Homerun(Baseball bat)

Super 1: Cellphone->Turismo(Ferrari)- Gets in Turismo, and hits character twice (once driving forward, once back)
Super 2: RPG Launch
Super 3: Cellphone->Dwayne(a van full of guys comes and shoots enemy)
Super 4: Johnny [from the extension pack](comes on bike and shoots with Sawed-Off Shotgun)

Hyper 1: Cellphone->Annihilator Helicopter-A helicopter picks Niko up, then shoots the other char
Hyper 2: Tank

Intros
A.Motorcycle
B.Cop Chase (Niko stole a cop car)
C.Get Out of my Way!(Dimitri is on screen and Niko shoots him off screen then walks in)
D.CJ (CJ of San Andreas is standing there, but Niko pulls him away)
E.Road Block (a large road block is in the way, but an explosion clears it, then you see a helicopter crash into the ground, amd Niko walks in)

Winposes
A. Cop Chase
B. Helicopter Pickup
C. Roman in Turismo (with Malorie)
D.Claude (the star from GTAIII walks in next to Niko)
E.Grand Theft Auto (steals a passing car)

Ideas are appreciated. Any sounds, voices, or any weapons are welcome.

this sounds interesting gud old niko
well all i can say is play the game and get all ideas from there
anway heres sum ideas

1) have a tank hyper/super where he jumps into one and does da business
2) intro wiv nikos cousin
3) motorbike hyper
4) bazooka hyper
5) have him in a suit or beach wear or just like off the boat kinda look
6) body armour (for limited time)
7) car hyper
8 ) after winning 5 stars appear and the police after chasing after him wiv a helicopter and he runs off?
9) calling girlfriends on fone (possible taunt/intro/outro)
10) switch weapons combo system
11) cinematic executions
12) counter attacks
13) knife combo where he keeps stabbing opponent
14) throws cellphone at opponent
15) run

have roman as a striker and run the opponent over with a taxi

intro with kate or roman, or killing dimitri, getting chased by the cops like the ghost rider intro.

It isn't much but it is enough to get into the MUGEN WIP section;

No, all comments are welcome. I thought he was pretty skinny, and he is a bad Kyo edit

He isn't quite done yet, just a rough stance for getting feedback. And the Outline is just the quick, and pathetic, attempt at removing the pink background.

Edit: BTW does his skin seem too dark?

Revised first sprite:

New jacket(longer) Made him a bit larger in width.

Feedback would be appreciated.

Feedback:

- Head is too big
- Legs need to be a little more wider...
- His jacket looks good now..
- He does wear another jacket under that one.. plus a shirt, so.. that should be in the next update..
- Should have a moustache and beard...

Sorry it took so long, this one has both the 2nd jacket AND I made the colors look smoother.

The problem is: I suck at scratch. I can never make the right shapes. Hopefully I can make this base work.

EDIT:Okay I changed the jacket and head somewhat. They didn't fit the custom things I made, so I changed them a little.

Does it look any better?
