How do i get characters on my mugen game

I downloaded the marvel vs capcom 3 mugen and i know were to download the characters i just don't no how to get them on the game. please help.

Just as an FYI, this post belongs in the "MUGEN Help" section, and may end up getting moved there by the mods.

To answer your question, you first need to extract the characters from the archives they come in (most are in .rar format - you'll need Winrar or IZArc to handle extracting most characters). Once you unzip them, put them in the "char" folder of your MUGEN directory.

Next, open up the select.def file in the data folder, and type in the characters there. Use the same name as the folder the charater is in (i.e. if your Venom character is in a folder called "Venom2", type "Venom2" on its own line in the character section).
