Can anyone please tell me how make a animated avatar and like what kind of programs i need to do it

you can make it a gif ,there are lots of programs you could use, i use photoshop  .

what do you want to anim maybe i can help you out

I make animated gifs using Adobe  Image Ready 7.0. It's really easy to make animated pictures with it.

Yes, Adobe Photoshop 7.0 (or any kind of version) can help with making animated gifs. Just put each frame on separate layers and align them correctly. Save it as a psd. and then open it up in Adobe ImageReady. It's easy to know how to animate them. The bottom box has all the frames and the time ticks at the bottom of each frame. Start a new frame on the bottom box and choose the next frame on the right, the layers. Then choose of how fast or slow you want your animation by selecting of how many seconds. To make the gif faster and fluent in motion, you'll select 0.2 seconds or around that time.

Remember to go to 'Save Optimized As...' to save the animation as an animated gif. Hope that helps!
