music for stages isnt working

i put the music in the sound folder and make sure it has the rite code in its stage file to where the music is located... maybe its the screenpack...im using mugen battle collesium and i just cant get it to work..it works on other screenpacks maybe someone can help

Open Audacity (if you don't have it go there http://audacity.sourceforge.net/)
open your .mp3 file with Audacity when it's done left click on the arrow beside the title of the track

you'll see choose the bit rate , select 16 bit , extract as .mp3 file and
replace the old file (32bit) by the new (16bit).

All you have to do is find a music plugin that works for you, and your computer, check out the one on my website (click the banner in my sig)

in the plugins folder, but then you have to edit the system.def file so that the new plugin is listed there instead of the older one.
