How the hell do i download a Flash game correctly and completely?

the main problem is i cant download the full game
everytime i try someones method it only takes out a small part of the game file
not even a megabyte worth size
probably a few kilobytes
an incomplete game
What i want to know is "HOW DO I RIP THE FULL GAME FROM THE WEBSITE"

Have you tried using Safari's activity window?

What are you trying to pull down/download?

I have not tried that thing safari yet
i want to try to download any basic flash game
but i want it to be %100 complete download
not fragments of the game


are you sure this method works

did you try it yourself

You should be able to download the flash files fairly easily. It only becomes difficult when  there are prevention schemes or preloader involved.

Lots of methods work for me.

The only problem I have is when there are preloaders, but I usually grab the files it loads too. Absolute over relative urls are a problem.

What methods are you using, and which are giving you problems?

Ill give you an example of what im doing

say i wanted to download those adult swim games
you know the ones they show on cartoon network

I chose the game "ZOMBIE HOOKER NIGHTMARE"

There is a program called save flash 4.1
I try to use this
when the page fully loads the save flash icon on the top right of my browser
lights up

Upon clicking on this icon it gives you an option of downloading whatever
flash that is on the page your viewing

I choose the game and click save

But when I check the file that downloads there is nothing in it

its a fragment of the game

Because that didn't work i would turn to the firefox method

Tools-----Page Info-----Media-----Embed File-----Save as

After i do that again I would get the same damn results

How do I extract every Piece of the game   (%100 PERCENT)
What is the step by Step Method that I can use to accomplish this

What do you suggest

Try downloading the file in the link and see if it works for you
I don't know if that is a hard file to download or not
i didn't test it for myself
see if you get 100 percent of it
i would imagine it would be a few megabytes in size if done successfully

When I navigate to the game ( ) Safari's activity window yields this.



The game is loading a configuration file, that you may not have grabbed.

When i use this it is showing me various activity just like in your picture
you put up

Now what do i Click to download it

I hope that i don't have to play the game from beginning to end to get more of the files

as i click and enter the game
it lists more things in the activity window

Just show me how to download off safari and i will let you know if its been done successfully

You would have to play the game to get more files.

I tried grabbing the files and it wont work for me locally, but will work on a server for some reason. Probably has to do with Flash's security model.

Double-click the file to open it in a new window and then save it.
