Look at a lot of my sprites his mouth is open wide & the tongue is flapping around . Wolvenom is crazy . This portrait fits the character . I like it

I like it, just not as much as the original. IMO anyways.
Makes me think of like "The Tick" or "The crimson Chin"...

Ok , I would have to agree now . The chin may be a little too big . I would just make it smaller , than it will be perfect
