y do some ppl act so racists on youtube, and y doesn't the site do anything about it. its very annoying and it comes out of nowhere for no apparent reason. i just checked my messages and saw i had a comment on one of my vids. when i check it some lady posts "person of color"
i'm like.......

what brought her to post that. it was a mvc2 intro
it bothers me that these guys do that and get away with it. i've seen so many post by ppl who go out of their way to make u feel bad bcause of ur ethnicity/accent/color of ur skin
isn't youtube like a web community for ppl? y don't mods do anything about this problem. they go out of their away to mute videos but don't lift a finger on this matter

Well people always act tough when they are behind a computer but you know that if you were to meet them in person they would act totally different.

Some people like to feel empowered because they know that in real life they arent crap!!!

All you can do is just block them and move on.

I agree with Scar. Block the user.

Should this be allowed to go on? Certainly not. It's disgusting and truly sad that people have not moved beyond this by now.

In the case of Youtube, however, I don't see how this is going to change. Youtube has an un-godly amount of posts daily (heck.. hourly if you really look at things..) so it's more than likely that most of the jerks will slide right under the radar. Beyond reporting the offending user to site admins yourself.. there's really not much to be done. Which, again, is very sad. Stuff like this shouldn't be allowed anywhere, and the internet should not be an exception.

Racists are the biggest slime of the Earth, total neanderthal cave dwelling scum. Were all guilty of it to a degree, but it's the ability to rise above it that seperate us.

As a Serbian I felt myself enjoying Liam Nieson wacking off Albanians in the movie "Taken" but I stopped myself and said this is not represenitive of all Albanians, and especially not innocent children. Those that deny it are liars, but its the differance that makes us choose to act on it, and those that dont that seperate us from the ignorant haters.

That one of the biggest problems on Youtube and trust me I seen it almost everyday heck there are even people who put on the top of their channel saying that they hates a certain group of people and then they decide to go bash those certain group of people by commenting nasty comments on their channel and videos. Scar is absolutely right people they act all big on front of their computer screen and sadly they get away with it, but you shouldn't take those guys seriously I mean it the net. Just block them or ignore them.

This happened to me once when I post on of my vids on youtube. This guy was trying to tell me how my vid was weak and then I just told him what it was. He went ape-crazed on the vid, so i blocked him.

Don't give these so called "net thugs" any power by getting mad or even responding. I saw that on xbox live like crazy. I can't believe people were able to get away with kkk as their clan tag!! But I make them mad by beating the crap out of them in their respective games. So I'll be whatever n*&&#r, gorilla , nappy headed jungle bunny all day long to sore losers, but I'm still the winner. And I love hearing grown men and so called expert gamers cry.....

Speaking of MLG they are sponsored by Dr.Pepper I remember back when halo 2 first came out and MLG was small time and my clan kicked MLG up and down every single map we played on. I would love to face there whole clan again. I guarantee they have not improved much.

Yea racisim is all over the place on the net just ignore it. Its the best you can do. Me ill tell you im white (like it matters) but just hearing the word on a yotube vid or even in public burns me up. Yes it does, I hate every part of the word so I usually correct people im around (that I know) and tell the to STFU and leave the word out of there vocab while im around.
