What does this mean?

This is a good char, but it seems to be a little weird for surfer to fight like that, i mean, he has the power cosmic, yet i c no beam attack whatsoever, no faster than the eye can see speed, and his strength should be on par with the hulk really. His fighting style would be perfect for say, vulcan, gladiator, or luke cage, but not surfer, just my opinion tho.

Regardless what anyone in here said? There's no doubt in my mind that (Carnage Surfer) by team Omega, is the best surfer out there today. He has more Hyper & special moves that u can possibly remember to do. No disrespect for the creator of this Silver Surfer version but Carnage Silver Surfer literally make this one looks worthless

Not bad. I prefer the previous version hecause he was more powerful, but this one is good because he seems more balanced. With some work he could be pretty good.

Holy crap. I just realized I was confusing your char with another Silver Surfer. I didn't realize there were so many now. The "previous version" I was referring to was a version by TOPS. Oooops.  Yours seems balanced because he is, compared to the others. Maybe in time yours will be overpowered, too.

I'm so glad you got that, I was sitting there thinking that I would love an icon that universally ment what you just said.

I consider myself someone who really fights to keep a balanced character and tries to pull back when necessary, even if it means that certain users complain because Beast moves too slow or Sentry has too few specials attacks. I still need to adjust Hulk due to the combination of speed and strength as well as his inability to be single launched by any other character who doesn't put the opponent in a custom launch state.
