Welcome to Infinity, and congrats on your latest release! I like the new additions you are bringing to these characters, for it shows growth & infinite possiblities for characters on Infinity. The effects you gave Storm's very stunning, and the new concepts are really nice. I also like the use of her new voices, really cool. There are some bugs and stuff that makes her gameplay inconsistent, however, which I will describe as follow

THROWS
-HP Throw has her opponent misaligned at times. Also, you can juggle this and infinitely do this throw on an airborne  opponent. Since it's a throw, this shouldn't happen. For the hitflag, there should be a "-" next to whatever attribute is there, so that she cannot affect opponents already in hit anims.
-New electricity grab that stuns the opponent sometimes makes them disappear/fall through the ground.

THUNDER
-Has unusual effects on opponents, especially airborne ones. Sometimes they disappear suddenly to the ground. Other times they fall through the floor

LIGHTNING ATTACK
-Electricity in Storm's hands during Diagonal Up Lightning Attack is misaligned

HELPERS
-No bugs atm, but it would be nice if they could be hit so to stop them.

THUNDER STORM
-Storm is invincible during Thunder Storm. I don't know why she is now invincible, but I remember that Whitemagic's version she wasn't invincible.

HAIL STORM
-The ice during Hail Storm come down very early. In fact, they appear on the screen during/right before her hyper portrait comes up.
-Airborne opponents hit by this move seem to be put in a custom state, possibly with the statetype = S as it ends. That would be OK if the opponent's on the ground, but the result on an airborne opponent is that they hang in the air, especially if they were hit while high up. They won't come down until the custom state's over

HYPER TORNADO
-Hyper Tornado's invincible, which is fine. The problem now is Storm's invincible, so the opponent has no means of stopping the attack except to hope that they can run behind Storm.   
-Attack range is also very large for the tornado, for if you are slightly underneath Storm you will still get hit, and teleport inside/outside of the tornado.
-Opponent is usually misaligned with the tornado if they are not caught directly. It may have to do with how you set the TargetBindtime for P2's custom state.
-The tornado and the actual sequence of P2 being hit is out of sync. I think you set it up for P2 to be hit as soon as the tornado appears. The result is, if the opponent is hit anytime after the start of the move, the tornado disappears, leaving the opponent to spin in the air by some unseen force. The result of this is that Storm can do another hyper and catch the opponent as soon as he/she leaves that custom state.However, what you should do is make the appearance of the tornado an explod (or a helper if need be), and have it be removed as soon as the opponent gets it. At the same time, during P2's hitstate, another explod/helper should immediately appear, taking the place of the previous tornado so that the sequence looks smooth.
The pull that sucks the opponent towards the tornado only works if the opponent's in front of the tornado; if the opponent gets to Storm's side, the pull will not move the opponent towards the tornado.

X-MEN GOLD TEAM
-Opponent is sometimes misaligned and not directly caught in the little tornado Storm creates.

MISC
-Sometimes during Storm's flight mode she takes up so unusual physics, which has her sometimes disappearing, or sometimes falling through the floor.
-Although already mentioned, her invincibility during her hypers gives her too much of an edge over the competition. She should be able to trade hits and have her hypers stopped to keep her balanced and fair.

Hopefully I didn't forget anything. I think you are heading towards a good direction with your characters, especially Storm. You just need to fix her bugs and balance her gameplay by removing her invincibility during her hypers and you'll have a work of art. If you would like to see pics of some of the points I mentioned, let me know and I will post/send them to you with descriptions. Good luck :D

excelent feedback, thank you I fix all , now first in THUNDER have 2 diferrent declarations one for  land and the other for air, when the thuder hit you on air this make you fall, I fix this bug. In THUNDER STORM I do it invincible because its one slow version of the hyper :P , and for X-MEN GOLD TEAM dont have a bug its problem of the stage edges, because the hyper based in the edge of the stage.

Glad I could help. Yes, I understand about the stage edges sometimes misaligning certain moves with targetbinds. Still, I think Thunder Storm's fast enough to hit the opponent without Storm being invincible.

Good luck with the bugs fixes, and I'm looking forward to the next update  :)
