Problem with M@ppy's Hokutomaru

When you select him by pressing Z or C it sets his" top in" towards the beginning of his life bar, but when he's hit and it activates, it slows the game down, he keeps flashing and your opponent can't move. What in the world is going on??? Try it and you'll see what I mean

Same problem here, Dos2Win doesn't help. Also he seems to have a strange bug with floating out of the screen either up or down during the match, however reappearing after some seconds.
