just a little tweak

ok, i want to make a little change on Teaf 's new character rucheca. i want to make it so she only gains magic from using her physical attacks (the magic attacks that appear right in front of her and dont shoot out) and make it cost a little bit of magic to use the shooting the magic attacks just to make her less cheap. so my question is, is this just a matter of changing a few numbers around and how do i do it?
