 :-??dont know is this is true i think i saw a topic sometime ago dont remember where i was still starting mugen but the idea was u could change the clothes a char has for the ones u like in fighter factory ? not just edit colors  is there a video or tuturial out there any one has notice

The only way I see this happening is changing the sff but that means another set of sprites of the same char sprited to look different must exist.

Well you can sprite the character in a way that changing the palete changes an outfit, but you have to start your character with that intention and keep the idea in your head and draw the character outfit with weird colors to seperate the areas that are of one outfit or another.

Yes you would, or rip the sprites from a sprite sheet
