Compressing game into the mugen.exe

Hello. I am currently putting a game together and would like to compress the whole thing in with the mugen.exe like I see Mugen users commonly do; however, I am wondering what program do you guys usually use to do this? Any help would be appreciated!

My problem its that my mugen weights more than 6 GB ... converting to .exe with molebox reduces the size of the game??
