Fighting A Certain Person at end of Arcade Mode

Is it possible to pick different people for a certain characters to fight at the end of arcade mode. I already know about orders and all that good stuff but can i like can different bosses for each character.
For example: Can I like have megaman face bass at the end of arcade mode, or X-men characters fight Apocalypse at the end of their arcade mode run and not just a random boss with order=5 at the end?
