how to add effects to a simple mugen stae

hi every one i was wondering does any one know how to add rain or snow effect to a basic mugen stage is there a tuturial out there u can tell me ?

Add the rain/snow anim to the stage. You'll probably have to add one in the foreground/background/etc. to make it look realistic. There's nothing really different than adding any other anim.

i have seen stages whit that effect when i open then in fighter factory but i cant copy then to add them as a pcx file next to my stage for some reason betther try the link that i recive to read well the info. then

I made the animation using PS, I can give it to you if needed.

Or just go to my site and download the stage and take what you need.

thanks every one  all ready made success this morning on adding  snow 2 any stage i just had to change the snow code on my stage def. file and made a few changes in figter factory could use the rain code u have for your stage so will take u up on that offer since animation like for moving stuff people and objects is a bit tricky for me now but will learn in time
i am just goin to start whit learning to add effects to my stages then doble jump
