I don't get are you talking about, but I think you are talking about ripping off some sprites from a desired game.

Well you can do that by searching a "how to" tutorial on these forums.

Or are you talking about "ripping" sprites from an already done char?

If so, you can try Fighter Factory, remember .pcx.
Edit: Just delete the sprites with Fighter Factory.
