Because probably this entire forum are probably big fans of the original anime, and this movie is coming out and it will disgrace the anime we all grew to love. Hope that helps out your confusion

I'm still gonna go to Japan to beat up Akira Toriyama for letting the steaming turd wash up on our shore. This is a kick in the nut with steel toe boots to all the old fart like me who have been there in the start.

but he had no control over the filming he just gives the director permission then they make it so if anyone should get kicked in the nuts it should be this dumb idiotic director who said in an interview hes a big dbz fan what a lying sack of crap

I believe the movie has a chance to do well, for this reason, curiosity, possible "hype" and name alone. How many people here are gonna "support" this movie, by watching it in theaters? As a movie alone, it looks better in my eyes, as a DB movie, oh god no. In order for me to like it, I can not, I just can not compare it to the original source. I know if I start doing that, I will hate it. I have to go in with low expectations, kick back and tried to be entertained. Am I gonna watch this movie, well I am apart of a anime club and we might go out and see it out of curiosity.

I think this would be better made as the same style that FF7: Advent Children was made. Those graphics were amazing! They don't need to make a live-action DBZ movie... We all know this is going to fail after the first 2 or 3 weeks after it's released... Again, they should make it like they did with the FF7: AC movie... end of story...

But the movie is called evolution, maybe they do it similar to EoH, release an early beta version, make a huge update a year later and release a final version a year after that.
