1/27/2009 - 1st release
It had to be done sooner or later. The stage is an exact replica of Urban Champion. Except it is now MUGENized. There are only minor
subtle differences. Such as an added Super Jump, and the street itself is extended. The look depicts Urban Champion perfectly. I may
update this stage, If I see that it is in need of it.
What's left?: Not a thing. Simply enjoy.

1/27/2009 - Belated Release
This stage was supposed to be released months ago. But I neglected to release this stage. However a few extra things were fixed up in this
said stage. The main background & Floor are moving intentionally like this, to give a "Fake Parallax" appearance. So it will look like the
said background, is much farther than it appears. This is intentional, and it is my idea to have the stage like this. That is also the reason
for not adding a Y Delta, to neither the floor, or background. Again, I wanted it like this.
What's left?: Not a thing. Simply enjoy, and edit to your hearts content, if you chose to do so. However, I may update this one day, with the
starry background, moving separate from the stage. Only time will tell.
