wut do u mean cuz if it's lost just retrace your steps to a place u lost it at cuz other than that its just lost, or if stolen and u know the person who  stole it beat the person's @$$ or take something of equal value

yea Apple screws you over man....i bought the 80Gb when it first came out...after a few months, i guess the screen cracked in my pocket..i spent 50 dollars on that piece of crap warranty...and the warranty only replaces your ipod if, you bought it and it didnt work after you took it out of the box.....like WTF...i spent 450 on an ipod..with a warranty, THAT I CANT EVEN USE! i flipped out on the line in best buy, it got pretty ugly

And that is why you read warranties before purchasing them...Lesson learned

Is it an ipod touch, those can be tracked, just go to the apple store and tell them what you can do about it, if you have the recipte or the bar code, just give it to them and they can usually track it.
