Once again , I am not really the biggest fan of Sagat . I wasn't on T Hawk either , but the way yours plays made me like that character . Hopefully you can do the same thing for me on Sagat . Haven't dissapointed me yet .

I just took a look at sagat's file size and this bad boy is almost reaching 10MB.

I hope this doesn't mean you have cut stuff out of him...you could just cut out the unnecessary stuff. Downsizing it will help those that have a hard time downloading large files.

Btw that move has been removed and I replaced it with a better hyper than that.
