When I think about mugen , characters/stages that I enjoyed , Great things , people with great knowledge of this engine , & a biased opinion of people that helped me along my journey to being great one day . these names come to mind . Not in any particular order .

Reu ( RIP )
Loganir ( just everything )
Wucash ( everything )
Sabaki ( possibly the best coder I know )
O' Ilusionista ( Special OPs , This guy makes Gold )
Excursion ( Does it all , including keeping this forum running )
McReady ( This guys sprites are really good )
MOTVN ( makes some of the best stages )
Syn ( Anything this guy touches is ground breaking )
Toxin ( I don't think he gets enough credit , his sprites rock )
Acey ( Just overall can do everything & usually does , Acey is the glue that holds things together ) 
P.O.T.S. ( Great Coding that is open source )
