  - Omni palette (based on the original character & tragic hero of the DDT storyline)
  - Kagome palette (two Inuyasha references, how quaint)
  - Mewtwo palette (So she rips off his colors as well as his Neutral B?)

Y,Y,Y: 3 hit combo
Down+Y: Crouching Kick
Forward+Y: Standard Kick.
Up+Y: Upward Sweep Kick. Has juggling properties

Down Smash: Ground Sweep Kick. Has juggling properties.

Forward Smash: China thrusts herself forward. The longer the charge, the further
   the opponent is pushed back. Best used as a combo finisher.

Up Smash: A 180 degree upward kick. Weakest of the Smashes damage-wise, but can
   juggle. Opponent is able to recover to prevent abuse.

Air Neutral: Simple Forward Kick. Fast, and can be done multiple times if
   done fast enough.
Air Down: Energy Ball. Spikes the opponent downward
Air Forward: A forward kick. Knocks the opponent further than Air Neutral.
Air Backward: Same as the Forward version, but in reverse
Air Up: Energy Ball. Same as the A.Down, but juggles the opponents upward

Neutral Special: Chi Sphere
   Meiling will begin charging a ball of energy. Similar to Mewtwo & Lucario's
   neutral specials in Melee and Brawl, the opponents will take a small amount
   of damage if they touch China while she's charging.

Forward Special: Chi Kick
   China launches herself forward. If done in midair, she falls at a slight
   angle.

Up Special: Dragon Tornado
   China will launch herself spinning upward. Anyone caught in her spin will
   be damaged. Her horizontal trajectory can be altered by holding left or
   right.

Down Special: Rainbow Barrier
   China will put up a barrier which will deflect projectiles. The barrier can
   be held up longer by holding B, but can't be held more than 1 second. The
   deflected projectiles deal 80% of their original damage.
   NOTE: Rainbow Barrier has no effect on Super Projectiles (ie: Shinkuu Hadouken,
   etc.) or physical attacks and throws.

Final Smash:
   Once in a while the Smash Ball will appear. Attack this, and China's Final Smash
   will replace her neutral B move. Be aware that the opponent can attack the Smash
   Ball as well.
Final Smash- Rainbow Spark:
   China will dash forward. If she makes contact with an opponent, they will be
   stunned, while China backflips into the air and fires a beam downward at a
   45 degree angle. She is vulnerable only during the dash, and will cancel the Final
   Smash if she doesn't hit anything.

Seriously, thanks. Decent character, I like how you can charge the smash attacks and such too =D
