where can I get new voices?

hay does anyone know where I can get some cool voice packs (like a voicepack that makes rugal sound like a god)

You may need to request that from someone personally, or check the current available voice packs and edit the sounds yourself. There was a person here who was doing voice editing (i.e making voices sound more evil), not sure if he's still around though.
