Setting up internet connection

I came up on 3 computers but only 2 will pick up on my internet connection, the third is by far the best 1 out of the 3 but it won't pick up my internet connection, well, it does pick it up but I can't go on the internet, I've tried a lot of things, including setting up the Ip manually, any ideas on what I can do? I have Comacast cable and it's very easy to use on my other 2 computers, I just plug in the cable and I'm ready to go. Every time I click on the "repair" button to repair my connection, it always fails, I get an error telling me it can't renew Ip. Right now I'm out of ideas...

You might have to check if you have the software required for the Network Adapters installed on your computer.

Go to Control Panel,System,Hardware,Device Manager and they'll be the list of Hardwares installed and working on your computer.Go to Network Adapters,If it's not there then you don't have the adapters however if it's there you click on it to see what's in it if you see a ? Mark on anything that means you don't have the proper software on your computer for it to work.Hope you understood what I said and I hope this helps

It could also be that comcast is only allowing you 2 connections. You will probably have to pay for the third. That happened with me.
