it needs a lot of work of course,but it's not bad for a start
When using his attacks(ground pound,any button does the same) The character goes to an invalid action
The hyper needs a lot of work,and it only hits when the opponent is close(that due to the lack of mobility,it will never land)
Concrete shot should be much faster,so you can actually see it unexpected,and can use it for combos

Keep it up,you are on the right track indeed(I can't believe i'm back at mugen testing...it's been a long time since i grabbed my mugen stuff)

KPT25: Yeah, the helper needs a little bit more work but you can run as Concrete Man if you guys didn't know. Also, I would make the Concrete Shot a bit faster but someone told me that this would lead to spamming and would result in an instant K.O. if you kept on performing it quickly.

-I got the run thing, but does Concrete man not walk in MM? I know most of them jump only, but maybe that could be something you incorporate as an exclusive custom? It's a tad bit hard to get used to him.
-The stomps should be sped up a bit.. at the very least from the LP/LK and gradually slowed from the HP/HK.
-You may just want to narrow his attacks to 4 or even 2 buttons. :-??
-The concrete block (I assume?) projectile is an easy infinite.
-Just an idea, but you should multiply the robot frogs by 5-7 more and spread them out to they can connect with an opponent from various distances.
-You should remove the double jump from Concrete Man.
-Consider adding an envshake to his jump-land and stomp.
-Speaking of the stomp.. you should separate the stomp-land sprite from the shockwave effect and set it as an explod as to not overlap a close foe. Take a gander at what I mean... see how the shockwave appears OVER Punisher?



-One last thing I noticed, you should fix the sparks to match where P2 actually gets hit. That's easily fixed via the HitDef's sparkxy.

Honestly in my opinion, I try to keep my characters as close to being original as how they originated or acted in the games they appeared in. Also, I'm going to leave the helper alone for the moment as I don't want to screw up Concrete Man if I mess something up and the Concrete Shot does lead to an instant K.O. but I don't know how to slow it down. Any help will be appreciated!

Probably in future updates but not at the moment. I might create some other characters from the Mega Man games and other games as well. So stay tuned everyone!
