[Stage] Inglewood Flatlands (Open source) released 12/2/2008

It's been a while hasn't it. I blame work, trying to manage my forums, and working on my series videos......


Anyway, on with the next release from me. Inglewood Flatlands. This was going to be just a stage, to use in my City Lights: Eternity Spring series. But, because there is a severe lack of open plains stages, that actually depict how long some of them can be, I decided to make it an official release.

Release notes:


12/2/2008: First Release

Stage meets all requirements for playability. boundhigh is set to promote normal jumping, with normal camera movement. The stage in itself, before edited,
was made for small characters. But after taking 1 hour out of my time to edit the original image, from the SNES game Nosferatu. I made it M.U.G.E.N
ready. And set for action.

The Boundleft & Boundright is intentionally set at 9999, because I wanted it set this way. To simulate actually being on a very long plain, and out
there, almost fighting in the middle of nowhere. The Boundleft & Boundright of the stage, as well as leftbound & rightbound can be adjusted to your liking.
So experiment, to decide how long you want this stage to be.

Again, the stage can be adjusted, since the stage is actually shorter than it appears. Just adjust to your liking, and you're good to go.

Hehe...I remember when you joined Infinity...I miss your Talbain sprite edits honestly =O
Decent stage though, I think it just needs some more to it. Good open source material to work with still.

Thanks. I like allowing my stages to be open source, so ppl don't have to be stuck with the same stuff over, and over again. I'm giving anyone, who has a bit of stage making knowledge, to use whatever they want in the stage. Only a few of my stages are not open source though. The readme file, or def file for the stage, will note if it isn't or not.


The next stages that I'm working on, is two more SNES stages. One from Battle Master, and another from Brutal: Paws of Fury

I hope to have both finished later on. I'll put them as a double release, when they are finished.
