question about jumping/camera

hello, new here.
my question is how exactly do i configure MUGEN so that the camera falls a character when it goes high in the air, or a really high jump. i've searched around, but maybe i missed the answer to this question somewhere...

That will have a lot to do with the Verticalfollow, Boundhigh & Floortension. Boundhigh is how high the camera will go, to the top end of that stage. Floortension, is how many pixels the character must be in the air, before the camera starts to follow the character. Verticalfollow is the speed the camera will go, based on the settings of the floortension & boundhigh.

You will have to play around with all three settings, before getting it like you want it. Most of it, is explained in the file called "stage0.def" in the stages folder of mugen. You may want to read more there and experiment, to get a better understanding.

I dont know about all the staged things DarkValentine told you.......you could try using a screenbound on the char (check the docs for more info)
