Vista+Utorrent...WTF!?

Hi all,

Anyone know a good configuration or whatever to speed up my torrent dl in vista? They seem very slow after reinstalling vista and i cant remember if i tweaked something before.

Every time I have a problem with torrent dl speed and Vista my routers damn firewall turns itself back on lol  ~X(
