The flag i put for zangief was listed as the official Russian flag on http://www.worldclassflags.com/prod-ussr-flag.htm. so thats what i went by as well as other sites listing that as the ussr flag not russia. I tried. The flags are easily changeable. As for the sprites, no i didn't draw them but i assembled them into the sp.
