Confirmed by the Actor Himself, Aaron Eckhart said that Two-face is dead. Other than that Aaron hasnt signed on for another Batman anyway.

I can see it now. Nolan is reading some book. Eckhert walks into the office and kinda scratches his chin and is like, "Sooo, am I..." Nolan immediately cuts him off with the "Youre dead". Then Eckhert pauses and stand in silence. Then he says quietly to himself, "Yeeeeeaaahh, ok" then leaves. I bet Nolan never even looked at him and continued to read his book.

I've already read that villains like Poison Ivy, Dr. Freeze, Bane, & Penquin won't be in anymore Batman films... I've read rumors about Robin coming into the next film (following up to the sub-plot that people are looking up to Batman and etc..)... then Batgirl in the next film... Then the one after that I've read is rumored to be the last.... for quite some time...
