Hey guys Cipher here with another Mugen WIP, this time a little more...advanced. So I'm gonna need some help with this. First off I just wanna know how to add a certain code that will only make him go in his hit state when he receives a large ammount of damage or based on the number of hits (ex. Onslaught flinching from receiving 5 hits). If anyone can help me please do so, I know some people who are gonna be expecting this character to be in Mugen. Some Screenshots!!
