Cellphone game "Rockman GP" getting DS-ified!? by Vixy

A rumor has been spread that a Nintendo DS version of the cellphone game Rockman GP is coming out this fall. It's been claimed that the news comes from the newest issue of Famitsu's sister magazine Nintendo Dream Magazine.

Rockman GP was out and available on Japanese cellphone in 2004, and was similar to the Playstation classic Rockman Battle & Chase. You could pick between the characters Rockman, Roll and Forte. It's been said that the DS port will have 9 new characters, 10 new tracks, wireless WiFi play, and tons of other DS features.

Another Rockman game to buy......yes!!!!  I hope they continue to release Rockman games to the end of time.  Now they need Rockman Rockman 2, Irregular Hunter X2, RMX9, RMD3, RMZX3, and so on.

rockman rockman 2 and irregular hunter x 2 is not going to happen.... cuz irregular hunter x is just a remake of RMX1 to know what happened to X from the past.

but rockmanx9 and rockman dash 3 is a high posibility,
im guessing theres only 2 more ZX titles remaining like 4 games in Zero series + 4 ZX = 8

if anyone understand me, inafking always release 8 titles

we have megaman 1-8 [ 9 is exceptional ]
we have megaman x1 -x8 [ RMXCM is not in the story but the story about axl continous ]
battle network 1 -6 + starforce 2 = 8
megaman zero 1-4 + 2 ZX = im guessing 2 more games.... = 8

other games like rockman b&c, rm&f and etc... is out of story....

we should stay tuned.... for the future

Inafune expressed interest in remaking sequels to both series and taking the IRX series up to at least X3, but since sales of the first suck (cause no one has PSP), we won't be seeing a sequel, which also sucks because IRX went and messed up everything we knew about the begining of the X era. Srsly, kiling Dr. Cain before the game even actually starts... X giving Sigma the eye scars... rly?

that whole 8 title theory is kinda blown since we already know the one of versions of Ryuusei no Rockman 3 is called Black Ace, and they've discussed bringing an end to the series at 4. Plus, if they actually do make a ZX3, that'll more than likely be the last since sales of ZX:A didn't go as well has they planned.

Sidebar, you shouldn't put Zero and ZX together just because they're games that play similar. Classic through Dash as you know is same timeline.

And just cause a game doesn't have a number doesn't mean it didn't really happen. R&F and MMX:CM are canon, just not numbered.

Keiji Inafune never said that he wasn't going to make any of the RM games I list, so I'm still hoping that it will happen soon.

Anyway, cheers to another Rockman title (if it is confirmed), and put an a hold on the arguements.

i thought rockman is he's son? what the?! whats with the discontinou project?

yeah ZXA got the lamest voice, i wish they just make the voice japanese hate ENG voices..... when releasing it

i wish in ZX3 vent and aile is the chars again, they need to make aile more sexier cuz, in ZXA transformation mode of aile they cut all the good parts when shes transforming.... DARN it! and vent looks damn with the long hairdo... i like the short hair he has in the previous game...

They could also make a Rockman Soccer 2 or even port Rockman Strategy to the PSP.  I'd like to see Rockman Tennis make it to the DS as well.

It's possible that whoever our Protagonist for ZX3 is may start with Model Z. After all, he didn't completely stop the other Rockmen but they didn't give a clue as to what happened to him either.

It would be cool if ZX3 has a Marino, Massimo, Cinnamon, Spider, Colonal, or Dynamo Rock Metal.  How well Wario Land Shake (Very Good Game ) looks and plays on the Wii makes me excited to see what Keiji can do with Rockman on that system.
