kongou not avaliable

hey ya'll, i've been having the same problem over and oer agian. i'm trying to get kongou from red earth. every time i try, i get nowhere. i use winace and when i download the file, theres nothing in it (or so it seems). first question is has anyone had this same problem? second, does anyone know how to fix it. and finaly, if theres no way to fix it, can anyone help me get kongou? thanks in advance.

Try save as a .rar file.
I t works for me.

that's the thing, i normally do save them as .rar i dont know why this one never works. i've tryed .zip to and nothing. thanks though.
