That's right, on Thursday, 08/08/08 at 10:45 in the morning Kwame Kilpatrick, the mayor of Detroit has been ordered to jail!!!

He left out of town without telling anybody. He was on probation. When he came back, the judge just send him to jail with no bonds.

He was on probation. His bond was to let somebody know that he's going out of town. He broke that bond and the judge said, "I'm tired of your playing! You going to jail."

Why was he on probation in the first place? He's a MAYOR! He shouldn't be on probation.

Dude was a bum in office, he went through so many scandals and controversies. I wanna say he was on probation for assaulting a officer, I'm not sure though...coulda been somethin else

Yes assualting an officer serving a subpeona to his sister's husband.  Stuff like this makes me not want to come back to Detroit...but it's my home.
