what type of laptop will play mugen great and what are the min requirements

willing to spend $700 max looking for used laptop to play mugen.  and what are the min requirements to play mugen at cpu memory  hdspace. If anybody can find me a deal at a nice price below $700 that would be nice thankyou for your help hopefully a gaming laptop at that $700 mark would be good suggest please do. I would like to have a tournament at my house and bring it over to my friends house stuff like that. looking at least cpu speed p4 3.0ghz 17inch display. I hope to release my edited lifebars soon with hitsparks!!!

You don't need a gaming laptop just grab a new one as that is better than any p4.

No problem and its better to have a 15.4 inch screen than a 17 inch in terms of portability. In case you did not know both laptops have HDMI output for hooking up to a TV to play that mugen on a big screen!
