I bet the rom is from some beta tester who got the game for free and said "Gee it would be cool to upload this rom before anyone else and risk fines from the company".

As I'm sure that a agreement that says "You can't redistribute the game in any means for any purpose" which the beta tester has to sign. I mean really just rent the damn game if you want to play it.

No its not fair, but it happens with games, music, and even movies. Its sad that people don't respect game makers and look for ways to get their games for free.

Anyway,the rom is not even playable(at least not in No$gba,and i won`t try a diff one)
I might want to check how the game plays like before using it as a rom next time(can`t afford a real ds  )

It's probably a beta version or something. I want this game but I don't really want a DS yet. I do plan on getting the Metal Slug Collection for PSP soon though. I've been wanting it for a while.
