Coding problem; "Character needs to be updated."

Okay, so... I've been working on my character some more, and he's run into some other problems since last I ran into a problem... Or, we could just say i run into a new problem every day. o.O# Anyway, I am using N64Mario's character creation template, and i've been trying to code a special that I just sprited... but regardless of what I do, I can't get my character to do the move... first MUGEN wouldn't load, then it did load, but my character couldn't execute his new special. I tried to base my code off of the MvC template provided by Infinity, but now when I try to run my character, I get a different error than what I had before. It reads "Error in [Statedef 1000], character needs to be updated" over and over.

This is my Statedef 1000 code, so, if someone could help me, I would greatly appreciate it:

Originally, my code was much lengthier than that, but after MUGEN kept crashing I tried to get the bare bones of it to see if i could get it to work... I tried to imitate the template from Infinity here as well as possible, but it doesn't seem to have worked. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!  ^:)^

I apologize for my late reply, I haven't been on my PC in a few days... [I work on my PC, as opposed to my laptop.] Anyway, here is the animation:

Er, this is what I have now for my code. Originally I had a hitdef and stuff... but this is what I reduced it to to see if i could fix it.

i dont think the poweradd should have two numbers. i thought it was only one...

THAT WAS IT. I wrote the wrong line in there! =] Thank you so much! hahaha, all that fighting with my computer, and i just had to erase one number, hahahaha. :o
