I don't think he'll be the next movie villain, because he was just introduced.

He might be a villain in the new Spiderman game though.

Its just anti-venom and he's not going to be the new spiderman movie villian, rumor has it that the fourth movie will wrap up with the lizard and carnage. Anti-venom is a new Symbiote that is going to change peter's life somehow http://comics.ign.com/articles/870/870929p1.html

I foresaw Lizard as he was in Spiderman 3 as the scientist and carnage is inevitable as one of the pieces of the symboite lands in a local jail.

yeah, he's the Anti-Venom, but he's a Venom's villian, not Spiderman (but he's going to ba anyway).
also, Carnage is not gonna be the villian in Spidey 4, cuz he's gonna be the villian in the Venom's movie
