seems like the right place for it...If its not, then if a mod could move or delete, depending on which action is more suitable, I would appreciate it.
Alright, to the actual post!
Simply put, my friend made a forum recently, to which I am a member, and right now, we are trying to get some members, since at this time we have none :-\...I think the main problem is that people wont join due to a lack of topics, yet we can't have topics without members. T_T
So anyways,
