Toning down U.Mizuki(Samurai Showdown boss)

Is there a way to tone her down besides messing with her attack, life and defense stats?
Shes so hyper and hyped up, is there a way to tone her down, maybe where she isnt so uber in AI? Also if this isnt possible, how can I transfer her intro about souleating to another character?
