Char intros or mugen intros?

If it's character intros (for arcade mode) then what you do is open up the character's .def file

You'll see a part at the bottom of the .def file that says something like this:

[Arcade]
intro.storyboard=Intro.def

Based on the above, if there is a character intro in that folder titled "intro.def" it will open that.  There must also be an intro.sff  in the character's folder as well.
