could someone make a Batch for me?

Hi, kay this is going to be a shot in the dark, as I don't know how easy or hard this will be since i have no experiance in this area, If possible can someone create a batch that will do this:

bassically what i want is a batch that will copy an entire air file, and change the values of the clns boxes, I'd like it to take the second and fourth values in the clns and deduct 9000 from it, i need this for the BMP project and it is an essential part of the platform system, if anyone thinks they can give it a try I'd much appreciate it!
