Bruce Wayne isn't going to die. Morrison already said so. What he has in mind is "worse than death". Morrison doesn't care too much for killing off characters these days because he feels that ends the story in a lot of ways.
That doesn't mean something nasty isn't going to happen to Bruce. Grant has said "This is the end of Bruce Wayne as Batman".
That seems pretty straightforward, but this is Grant Morrison writing this. Guaranteed there's more to that statement than meets the eye.
My guess? Bruce has to rebuild himself from scratch, and that means putting behind his past this time; to move on from his parents death and the Wayne legacy that he has been so tied too throughout his life.
Things are going to change, but I can't believe Grant's removing Bruce from the cowl. No, I seriously believe there's more that's going to happen here...
Of note, my original estimation of what Batman RIP would entail had a lot to do with the death of the Golden Age Batman of Earth 2. It looks like I'm going to be wrong though. But it made sense at the time. *shrugs*
