Computer problem

How come it wont let me install Microsoft. NET Framework 2.0? A update for it keeps poping up and when I click on it to install it, it says, "The following can not be installed: Microsoft. NET Framework 2.0" and then I went to control panel and saw that it appeard on the list for the programs I have installed, but when I click on it it either asks me to rapair it or uninstall it, I tried both but I get this...

I need this for Paint.Net to run, so I cant install it... cant fix it... cant get rid of it... WHAT CAN I DO!?!?

Microsoft dosent have a great uninstaller you should go get freeware, ccleaner then in that small organized program go to the options then startup, and uninstall framework then go back to the microsoft website check for updates you may have to restart your computer and this should work if not there something wrong with your windows installer you may have accidentaly errased it so check the website for a new one

go to the tools section not the options section but youll see it
after you download and install youll notice your computer runs faster too also run the registry cleaner good for increasing performance all included
