REQUEST: .mov Help!!

Does anyone have a converter that converts a .mov video file in to EITHER of the following? please.

either:
avi.
mpeg.
wmv.

I use ffmpegX on Linux like systems.

VLC is pretty good and cross-platform.

There's a program called All2Avi out there somewhere. However, as I said it can only convert to .Avi format.

Which format does it encode to. AVI is an encaspalation format.
