I also agree with what canibus2000 said your doing a great job with him but his sprites need improving and I know a website that shows a completed sprite of Nemesis that pizzaman did for his resident evil game for you to copy off if you want and here is how to find it on the main menu of your computer type in mugen wip in the seach box and then after its loaded the page click on
MugenBR forums > Mugen-WIP (projects)    it should be on the top of the page anyway after you have clicked on that you should see a big list of projects look down it until you see bio hazard mugen project click on that (it should be near the top of the page) and then after the first page has loaded up go to the second page and scroll down to near the bottom of the page until you see nemesis  (cant miss him he is in a purple box)
